Fermented in stainless steel at
slightly lower temperatures than the Barrel Ferment has given a precision to
the floral aromas. The wine has been
left on its fine lees to round out the texture and provide complexity.
Notes of guava, grapefruit and melon on the nose leading to a crisp palate of
lemon, peach and white pepper with a good length.
Goes well with white meats and
shellfish, or enjoyed on its own!
